Em bị sai tên trên web của cisco,khi hỏi nơi thi thì được thông báo là do lỗi hệ thống nhưng khi gửi về thì bằng vẫn đúng họ tên.Nhưng khi sip về thì nó vận bị sai bây giờ làm thế nào để sửa họ tên mình và yêu cầu sip lại bây giờ.Ai biết giúp em với(càng cụ thể càng tốt.Mình tìm lên cisco.com mà không ra.Cho mình cái mail cụ thể là hay nhất).Cám ơn các bạn đã giúp đỡ.

In Certification Tracking System my name is 'The Hai Du' but my CCNA certification is 'The H Du'.
This is incorrect.Can you send a pdf CCNA file?with my name correct is The Hai Du
Mình đã ghi như vậy và họ đã gửi mình file CCNA.Thế là cứ đem ra ngoài tiệm photo in ra rồi ép lụa là đẹp như mơ thôi. -
đọc kĩ thì muốn lấy bản PDF phải mất 15$
vì mình bị thất lạc chứng chỉ trên đường vận chuyển
pass từ tháng 7 mà giờ vẫn ko có chứng chỉ

The day your exam posted to the Tracking System and you become certified, you were sent a address verification email. You had 5 days to verify you preferred mailing address. Being that your address was not changed it was sent the address currently in the Tracking System. We only send out 1 free kit for every certification acquired.
All Cisco Certificates are sent USPS First Class mail with out a trackable option, there will be no way to track this package.
Since you have not received your certificate, please be advised that you now have the option to obtain your certificate by purchasing on through the Certificate Purchasing Tool.
To purchase an additional certificate (Hard Copy or Soft Copy <PDF>), follow the steps below :
1. Log into the Certification Tracking System at www.cisco.com/go/certifications/login
2. Click on the Certification Fulfillment link on the left side of the page. A new window will pop up after clicking on Certification Fulfillment
3. Select the certification kit(s) you would like to order and method of shipment (for printed certificates)
4. Confirm your demographics (i.e. E-mail address, postal address, etc.)
5. Review your purchase carefully, in the Order Summary and enter your credit card information. Note: All purchases are final.
6. After entering your credit card information, press the "Purchase" button once.
7. Print your order confirmation (Note: You will also get an order confirmation sent to your current e-mail address listed in your profile).
Printed certification kits contain a congratulations letter, certificate and wallet card. The PDF kit contains a soft copy of your certificate. Each kit costs $15.00 (US Dollars). You may purchase up to 2 kits per valid certification. Purchases can be made using your VISA, MasterCard or American Express only.
