Pass CCNA từ tháng 7 chưa nhận được chứng chỉ

Mình đã pass CCNA ngày 25/7/2009
Cisco ID : CSCO11642806
Nhưng đợi đến bây giờ là đc 5 tháng mà chưa thấy chứng chỉ gửi về địa chỉ mà mình đăng ký với học viện nơi thi (BKACAD Hà nội) (Mình gửi về quê, địa chỉ rất rõ ràng)
Ra hỏi bưu điện thì họ yêu cầu mã số thư gì gì đó
Mà Cisco họ gửi thì làm sao biết đc

Làm cách nào để mình có thể nhận được chứng chỉ bây giờ

Vậy bạn lên hỏi trung tâm nơi bạn đăng ký gửi bằng về xem.
Nếu bị thất lạc thì phải chịu khó đóng 15$ nhờ gửi lại rồi.

Mình đã lên trung tâm hỏi và cũng nhận đc câu trả lời như trên
Phải nhờ đứa em có tài khoản ở nước ngoài nó đóng dùm vậy

Mình sợ là bạn chưa Apply cái Label Shipping trên Cisco nên nó ko chịu gởi đi đó. Nếu bạn Apply thì nhanh là 4 tuần, lâu là 8 tuần là sẽ có thôi.

Thất lạc thì hiếm khi lắm. Nếu đóng thì bạn nhờ trung tâm đóng cũng dc, có sao đâu.

Mình cũng nghĩ giống như bạn vanhofas vậy đó,lúc bạn đăng ký thi bên Cisco có gửi qua mail của bạn và có thể bạn chưa hoàn thành hết thông tin mà cisco cung cấp lại.Mình thi xong 1 tháng là lấy thôi,có nhiều người trễ lắm cũng chỉ 1,5 tháng thôi

Bạn dựa vào tờ fax của Cisco và làm theo hướng dẫn.

Sau đó sẽ có mail gởi về, bạn đăng nhập kiểm tra theo thông tin email và apply shipping thôi.

The day your exam posted to the Tracking System and you become certified, you were sent a address verification email. You had 5 days to verify you preferred mailing address. Being that your address was not changed it was sent the address currently in the Tracking System. We only send out 1 free kit for every certification acquired.

All Cisco Certificates are sent USPS First Class mail with out a trackable option, there will be no way to track this package.

Since you have not received your certificate, please be advised that you now have the option to obtain your certificate by purchasing on through the Certificate Purchasing Tool.

To purchase an additional certificate (Hard Copy or Soft Copy <PDF>), follow the steps below :

1. Log into the Certification Tracking System at www.cisco.com/go/certifications/login

2. Click on the Certification Fulfillment link on the left side of the page. A new window will pop up after clicking on Certification Fulfillment

3. Select the certification kit(s) you would like to order and method of shipment (for printed certificates)

4. Confirm your demographics (i.e. E-mail address, postal address, etc.)

5. Review your purchase carefully, in the Order Summary and enter your credit card information. Note: All purchases are final.

6. After entering your credit card information, press the "Purchase" button once.

7. Print your order confirmation (Note: You will also get an order confirmation sent to your current e-mail address listed in your profile).

Printed certification kits contain a congratulations letter, certificate and wallet card. The PDF kit contains a soft copy of your certificate. Each kit costs $15.00 (US Dollars). You may purchase up to 2 kits per valid certification. Purchases can be made using your VISA, MasterCard or American Express only.

kiểu này mất 15$ rồi :(
