MSc in Advanced Computer Networking

This programme Master of Science (MSc) in Advanced Computer Networking is concerned with the design, implementation and administration of high performance computer network infrastructures and includes an examination of the methods, techniques, tools and technologies used to develop such infrastructures.
The programme includes all the material required for the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) qualification. Cisco is the largest supplier of network products in the world and CCNP certification is the pre-eminent network professional qualification.
University students who are unable to successfully complete all aspects of the Postgraduate Diploma may be eligible for a Postgraduate Certificate. The Master of Science (MSc) programme follows on from the PgD and requires the student to research and prepare an individual dissertation of a substantial nature. The programme commences in September, each year, with a summer school.
