The job description mainly L1 onsite support including:
- Physical install device into the rack
- Connect LAN cable as the diagram provided
- Basic conifg and share remote control via WebEx, Teams, Teamviewer or Anydesk..
- Basic troubleshooting about network, system.

- Basic English speaking & writing
