Technical Support Consultant / Engineer
Responsibilities:
Provide high quality of pre-sales consultation and after-sales technical support / troubleshooting to D-Link distributors / retailers / system integrators / end customers in Vietnam
Prepare technical documentations in local language.
Conduct technical training & presentation for D-Link distributors / retailers / systems integrators / end customers.
Requirements:
Experiences: 3 – 5 years of experience of in technical or pre-sales support on IT networking products
Knowledge:
Knowledge of general home / SME / corporate networking products.
Knowledge of ADSL / VDSL / Cable Modems / GPON / 3G / WiFi / IP Cameras / Switches
Skills:
Analytical, patience, pro-active and IT enthusiastic.
Proactive with an integrated way of working and an active team player with high work commitment.
Ability to communicate in spoken and written English is preferred.
Qualifications:
Diploma or above in Engineering / Computer Science / Professional IT certifications related courses is preferred.
