NI Engineer
Job Description
+ Coordinate with carrier for the access line installation, manage schedule to meet deadline.
+ Coordinate with DC Provider to take a DC tour and introduce of DC spec/services
+ Coordinate with HQ/Affiliates for the Arcstar UNO circuit/router installation/testing/troubleshooting
+ Project coordination: installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting of routers, firewall and LAN switches
+ Project management: control, manage and cooperate with local carriers (VNPT, FPT, CMC, etc) for access line implementation
+ Coordinate with team member/other team member to make project move smoothly (not only technical configuration but also paper work/contract/document/completion/etc)
Requirement Skill and Experience
+ A University diploma in Information Technology or relating field
+ Experience on set-up access line such as FTTH, Internet LL, MPLS in cooperation with Telecom carriers
+ Experience on set-up and support of Cisco Router with data set-up, MPLS IP-VPN, IPsec based VPN, dynamic routing, etc.
+ 2-year experience in a similar position
+ Certificate: Cisco CCNA. Other like CCNP, MCSA, others are an added advantage
+ Good communication and problem solving skill
+ Proactive manner action
+ Customer service oriented and a good team player
+ Interest in new technology and service
