    WHAT YOU WILL DO:
    1. Client Services (40%)
    • Provide college counseling services to GPA’s clients, primarily high school and college students
    • Collect information and assess student profile regarding application components
    • Direct application strategy to maximize success posibility of the applications
    • Help students and parents prepare required paper works and documents
    • Guide students in communication with school admission officers
    • Ensure high standard of client satisfaction for both students and parents.
    • Build up and maintain long-term relation with students and parents
    1. Sales and Marketing (40%)
    • Conduct sales activities on a weekly basis, including tele-sales and face-to-face customer interview
    • Responsible for achieving sales targets with monthly and annual planning
    • Design and implement outreach and marketing activities for GPA Vietnam with the goal to attract new clients
    • Develop partnerships with schools, student associations, and other networks to build resources for GPA Vietnam to better support clients
    • Report on sales performance and marketing effectiveness evaluation
    1. Training and Management (20%)
    • Be responsible for new recruits’ training and mentoring
    • Supervise junior team member in providing high quality of counseling services
    • Conduct continuous internal training sessions to upgrade members’ capability
    • Participate in annually innovation period; have inputs for system upgrading and product development

    SALARY: 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 (Depending on your experience and qualifications)
