JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist Client Service Officers/Advisors with students’ application for American schools: researching admissions requirements, making checklists, following application process…
- Assist students to complete application documents such as CVs, financial forms and applications
- Assist students in contacting with admission officers to inquire admission-related information
- Assist students and advisors in preparing documents to submit and mailing to Amercican schools
- Research and implement new programs to enhance students’ soft skills (debate, public speaking, critical thinking…)
- Prepare documents or materials for marketing and counseling purpose
- Plan and execute projects to improve service quality and expand business scale
- Research and do other paperworks assigned by manager
