The successful candidates will be working in a professional environment, on a large enterprise application system in financial market, with the client who is leading provider of software and services to the global financial services industry.
He/she will be responsible for design, implement and resolve technical challenges to ensure a good quality of deliveries, including:
- Develop high level or detail design for solutions delivered
- Assist other members on the solution, technical perspective of implementation, and effort estimation
- Direct communication with customer business analysts to clarify requirements
- Implement a clean, robust & well-tested code based on a detail design
The successful candidates will have opportunities to be trained in Australia for 3 months.
Required skills/Experience
- Degree in Computer Science with at least 2 years’ working experience in Java/J2EE related area, preferably in financial market
- Very strong at Java core, Object Oriented Programming and UML
- Have a good knowledge of RDBMS
- Hands-on experience on JUnit and web services will be added advantage
- Fast learner, multi-tasking capability
- Capable of working unsupervised
- Have knowledge of Agile/ SCRUM
- Good English as frequently communicate with the client
- SCJP certificate is a plus
