Nếu rành unix/linux thì qua aix ko khó lắm ... Vấn đề ở kiến trúc IBM và hệ điều hành Unix AIX thôi . Làm AIX thì IBM sẽ cung cấp tài liệu tận răng mà ... trên redbook của IBM cũng có đó !
Chưa biết bạn cần tài liệu AIX để nghiên cứu về cái gì !?

an IBM/AIX system. They will learn about system administration, and methods for optimizing the system.
This also covers all the UNIX implementation tracks aimed at a system administrator and the following job

AIX ko chạy được trên kiến trúc Intel thì phải !? Học chay nếu ai thích ... hix ...

AIX phiên bản mới nhất là 6.x nhưng là Beta thôi, trước đó là AIX 5L 5.3, các bạn nào có tài liệu basic về AIX hoặc AS/400 thì mail cho mình nhé, thanks!!!

Ở VN cũng có rất nhiều ngân hàng chạy AIX cho CoreBanking .

Ở VN hầu hết các ngân hàng chạy AIX cho hệ thống Core.

1 vài ngân hàng đặc biệt chạy Linux và SUN, tùy vào hệ thống Core đó.

IFlex, System Access đều chạy AIX hoặc HP UX được. Polaris hoặc Nucleus thì thường chạy trên SUN.

Tuy nhiên mấy cái này hầu hết do tụi Software nó Mafia với tụi IBM hay HP để làm khách hàng thôi. Chứ nguyên tắc thì chỉ có khác biệt 2 cái chính:

1. Chạy trên Unix
2. Chạy trên Linux

Dùng AIX để chia sẻ internet thì không hợp lý. Về nguyên tắc thì cũng đơn giản như các hệ điều hành khác, nhưng xét về giá trị hardware chạy AIX (chip Power) & License OS thì không ổn. Dùng 1 con PC cũ PIII-600 chạy Linux cũng làm được ngon rồi.

Theo specs thì các software corebankings chạy được với rất nhiều hệ điều hành khác nhau, kể cả Windows, Linux ...
Việc lựa chọn hệ thống nào chủ yếu vì lý do thương mại. IBM & HP có quan hệ thương mại tốt với thị trường Banking, còn SUN thiên về thị trường Telecom. Các chú IT ngân hàng thì thích mua các hệ thống đắt tiền, của hãng có name tốt lâu đời, đáng tin cậy.

Linux dù sao vẫn là newbie nên trước mắt các ứng dụng Bussiness cần độ ổn định cao như Core Banking vẫn ưu tiên sử dụng Unix hơn.

Về lâu dài Linux sẽ là một lựa chọn tốt hơn về chi phí.

hehe cái vụ này thì không khó lắm đâu. Cũng gần giống linux, học xong cấp cái cert thế này.
