        Cám ơn thầy Minh và Ken,

        Tài liệu mà mọi người gởi em đã có rồi nhưng viết chưa đủ lắm. Em đang gặp sự cố với Outgoing call từ Voice GW. Mô hình của em như sau:

        FPT ITSP ----sipv2 trunk-----3845----CCM4.0----IP Phone (SIP and SCCP)

        Khi các cuộc gọi ra PSTN tăng cao khoảng 30-40 thì có cuộc không thực hiện được. Em đang nghi do MTP Hardware trên VoiceGW 3845.
