Hỏi về Reset ASA 5510

HIện tại tôi không vào được con ASA 5510 bằng cổng console lẫn ethernet. Tôi muốn hỏi cácch reset bằng nút reset phía sau thiết bị. Bạn nào đã có kinh nghiệm thì chỉ dùm nha, vì reset theo cách thông thường không được, nhấn đè khoảng 30s mà vẫn không ăn thua. Cảm ơn rất nhiều.

4. Cách crack password của ASA:


- Kết nối vào cổng console của ASA
- Tắt ASA, chờ một phút rồi bật nguồn lại.
- Nhấn phím ESC khi trên màn hình hiển thị dòng yêu cầu. "Use BREAK or ESC to interrupt boot." Bạn có khoảng 10 giây để nhấn phím ESC.

- Chỉnh nội dung thanh ghi config register. Khi bạn được yêu cầu thay đổi giá trị thanh ghi, hãy chọn Yes. Đối với từng câu hỏi được đưa ra, tất cả bạn đều chọn NO, ngoại trừ câu hỏi “ Disable system configuration?” thì bạn chọn Yes.

- Vào chế độ priviledge với password là trống. Chỉ cần nhấn Enter.

Ko phải mình moi thùng rác, nhưng mình đang gặp trường hợp nêu trên. Mình dùng Putty để kết nối console, tuy nhiên đến lúc mình quote bên trên thì bàn phím gỏ ko đc. Cái này có phải do Putty ko vậy các bạn?
Ban đầu mình tưởng bàn phím có vấn đề nhưng đã thay đổi vẫn ko ăn thua gì.
