    Các chủ đề về EIGRP, BGP được đề cập duy nhất ở môn học CCNP-Advanced Routing này. Các bạn cần lưu ý là ở chương trình CCNA chỉ học một giao thức định tuyến động duy nhất là OSPF. Các chủ đề về các giao thức EIGRP, BGP, Redistribution...được xếp vào ở chương trình Advanced Routing.

    Giao thức Netflow, Flexible Netflow, DNA Assurance là các chủ đề mới được đưa vào cấp độ CCNP.

      Các chủ đề rất nhỏ thêm vào so với môn CCNP ROUTE trước đây:
      • Describe MPLS operations (LSR, LDP, label switching, LSP)
      • Describe MPLS Layer 3 VPN
      • Netflow.
      • Cisco DNA Assurance
      / Về Lab:
      • Bổ sung thêm Lab DMVPN (có thể IPSec profile áp dụng vào DMVPN) (đã có từ lab của môn ROUTE, chỉ thêm vào IPSec Profile)
      • Bổ sung thêm Lab về Netflow (Stealwatch) (Mới)
      • Bổ sung thêm Lab về Control Plane Policing. (từ CCNA Security)
      • Bổ sung thêm Lab về TACACS, Radius (từ CCNA Security)
      • Bổ sung thêm Lab về MPLS VPN (từ CCIE đưa xuống)
