    Loi FTTH - Viettel voi Router 881-k9

    Hi All,

    Tình hình là mình đang gặp vấn đề với đường internet - ftth của Viettel với con Router 881-k9. IOS: Version 15.1(4)M4.

    Đã thực hiện cấu hình các chi nhánh khác (tất cả đều là ftth của viettel & đều sử dụng 881-k9 giống nhau hết) thì OK hết. Riêng có chi nhánh này là có vấn đề.

    Đường cáp quang internet - ftth qua bộ converter được đấu vào port FE 4 (FE WAN của 881).

    Hiện tại, chưa thử thay Router 881 khác.... đang đợi mượn Router 881 khác....

          Ngoài ra, bạn phải liên hệ với ISP xem họ có chứng thực MAC của con 881 không nữa.

            Bạn kiểm tra PPPoE xem user và password có đúng không trước nhé. Nếu kết nối PPPoE thành công thì lúc này mình xét tiếp đến file cấu hình

              hồi trước cũng bị FTP y chang như vậy, sau khi đăng ký MAC Address là chạy bình thường, không biết Viettel có security MAC hay không nữa, bạn liên hệ với Viettel hỏi xem.

                Theo thông tin debug của bạn thì nguyên nhân là do mtu mismatch không khớp giữa nhà mạng ISP với chi nhánh,

                Thông tin debug trên cho thấy phía ISP đề xuất sử dụng giá trị mtu là 1492 byte trong khi phía chi nhánh lại sử dụng mtu 1500 nên phiên LCP không thể thiết lập thành công được:

                Để khắc phục sự cố, chúng ta cần tinh chỉnh lại mtu tại chi nhánh:

                mtu 1492

                mtu là đơn vị lớp 3 (lớp Internet trong mô hình OSI) mà được phép truyền tải trên liên kết lớp 2 là PPPoE (trong trường hợp này).

                Sau khi tinh chỉnh lại giá trị này rồi bạn tiến hành debug tiếp xem sao vì trước mắt debug cho biết phiên LCP chưa thỏa thuận thành công thôi, chưa biết vì về phiên Authenticate cũng như NCP.
