Vẫn dùng sơ đồ trên, ta phải enable multicast trên toàn bộ router. Cấu hình địa chỉ RP tĩnh trên tất cả các router. Ở đây ta sẻ sử dụng R2 làm RP và sử dụng interface loopback 0 của R2 là địa chỉ của RP
