Cisco 2960 log shows some port always be up/down

Our company have a core switch cisco 3750 (bought from 3anetwork.com, but this switch is work well now, so i don't know if they would help me to solve this problem, whatever i will try latter if necessary) to access 3 2960 switches. Now the 3 2960 switches’ log show some ports be up/down, anyone know why?

Note: terminal did not display off net.
