Is there any resource in Vietnam to purchase CCNA home lab equipment?

Hello,

This is my first post on VNpro.org. I should introduce myself. I'm from the United States. I moved here to work as a teacher. I am not in networking as a profession, but as a hobby I would like to study for the CCNA. I'm very interested in penetration testing and network security, and feel that CCNA is a necessary stepping stone to achieving knowledge in these fields. Unfortunately, I don't know Vietnamese so I don't understand much of what is going on here.

I am looking to build an affordable home lab to practice for CCNA. I have found some cheap labs that include a couple routers and switches on eBay for about $300-$400USD, which is great, but the shipping alone is over $1,000!!!! Absolutely insane! I would like to know if anyone here could help me find a resource in Vietnam for purchasing used lab equipment so I can build a home lab to study for the CCNA exam.

If this equipment is not easy to find at an affordable price in Vietnam.. Are there any labs that would allow me to use their equipment if I pay a fee?

Thanks for the reply. Is this a standard price for equipment rental? Seems a bit steep. Would you happen to know where I can purchase affordable equipment that is second hand so I can build my own lab at home? I'd appreciate this very much.
